What type of data do we collect and how do we use that data?

• We only use the necessary data, such as ordinary personal data (e.g., name, address, place of work, telephone number, e-mail address and invoicing address).
• We use your information to send you relevant information about Moveo and to invite you to events at or with Moveo.
• We only collect, process and store data about you that is relevant to the performance of the task, to ensure the quality of our services and to improve our services.
• If you take a test through Moveo, the result is treated confidentially, and only Moveo and the data processor have access to your information and the result of the test.
• We do not place cookies on your computer or mobile phone.
• We will never disclose your personal or any other information about you to third parties outside of Moveo without your consent.
• Only those Moveo staff for whom the information is relevant have access to your information. 

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we process about you and what we use it for at any time. If we process incorrect data about you, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. If you have consented to your data being processing, you can withdraw your consent in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations at any time. If you believe your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we obtained it, you can request that it be deleted. We delete your information once the information is no longer needed.
